New York City-based Tom Hiltis shoe brand has made waves by introducing the ‘New City Sandals’ line in 2017.
Now the company is back in the spotlight after launching its latest ‘Sandal’ collection in NYC on Friday, November 16.
The brand’s new ‘New Street’ collection features a variety of new shoes from Tom Hils shoes in an effort to promote the city’s diversity and inclusion.
The new ‘Sandals’ collection is the latest offering to feature Tom Hilstigers signature ‘NYC Street’ style that’s the brand’s signature look, which has helped to redefine the brand over the years.
“It’s about being open, inclusive and welcoming,” Hilties spokesperson Sarah Geller told The Hill.
“We have been pushing our NYC Street silhouette since we launched in 2015, and this collection is a great example of what we’re trying to achieve with our collection.”
‘New Urban’ The brand has a wide range of new footwear including the popular ‘NYU Urban’ line, which features footwear from Hilt’s new NYC collection.
The footwear comes with a variety materials, including suede and leather, but the shoes are also available in a variety styles such as sandals and loafers.
The shoes also feature a collection of retro prints including the ‘NYA’ silhouette, which was introduced in 2015.
“When we first launched ‘NYO’ in 2015 we created a collection that was inspired by New York and our city and the diversity of our people,” Hildes spokesperson Sarah Sutter said.
“This year, we have expanded our NYC collection with a diverse range of footwear inspired by our diverse city and its people.”
‘NYLON’ The new “NYLon” collection is also a return to the brand name of Tom Hilders signature shoe, with the brand introducing a variety products including a leather-covered shoe and a pair of sneakers with a ‘NYLA’ logo.
The shoe is available in two styles: the ‘NEW LON’ line features sandals in a color palette reminiscent of a New York night club, while the ‘LONN’ line offers sandals with a mix of bright reds and greens.
Tom Hiled has also made waves recently when he unveiled a ‘New Style’ collection of his signature sandals that include sandals as well as boots, as well a pair with an iconic ‘NYX’ logo, which is an iconic nod to the famous New York subway logo.
“The New Style collection celebrates our culture, our identity, and our diverse history,” Hils spokesperson Sutter told The New York Times.
“These sandals are inspired by the New York skyline and our vibrant nightlife.”
‘DRAG’ The “DRAG” collection comes with an extensive collection of sandals.
The sandals range from a variety options, including leather, suede, and even a suede version of the brand Hilt shoes.
The heels come in a range of colors from pink to orange and are available in heel and toe styles.
“With this collection we are proud to bring the ‘Drake’ silhouette back into our signature shoes,” Hilda Hilder, executive vice president of Tom’s footwear brand, said in a statement.
“Drake is our signature silhouette and we’ve been creating shoes inspired by it for years.
This collection showcases the Drake and Hilt signature silhouette that we have worked hard to bring back into the Tom Hila footwear.”
“It is also important to note that these shoes are made from Tom’s highest quality materials, which means they are guaranteed to provide lasting support,” the statement continued.
“They are comfortable, comfortable and durable.”
The new shoes are priced at $160 for the sandals or $180 for the heels.
“Tom Hildy is one of the most iconic names in footwear today,” Geller said.
